With a prime slopeside location at Black Mountain Ski Area, this three-bedroom home in Jackson gives you beautiful views of the surrounding mountains as well as all sorts of outdoor recreation come winter or summer. Newly built with an open and airy layout, lofty ceilings, and lovely furnishings, this is a wonderful home to return to after a day spent on the slopes, at Story Land, or taking a drive to admire the gorgeous fall foliage.
Begin each morning by preparing breakfast in the open kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an island with bar seating, and an adjacent dining room table. Come home from your adventures to light the gas log fireplace, pile on the sofa for a movie, or head downstairs to the second living area with another flatscreen TV, a DVD player, and a gas log stove. At sunset, you can get the grill going outside on the deck and flip burgers and steaks with a beautiful view of the countryside all around you.
This home is nearly as close to the ski trail as you can get, with the main base area of Black Mountain approximately a quarter-mile down the road. Here in the heart of the Mt. Washington Valley, you’ll have access to five lifts and 45 trails across 140 acres of terrain at Black Mountain, not to mention a number of other mountain resorts - including Attitash, Cranmore, and Wildcat - in the area. You’ll be only four miles north of Story Land and 10 miles north of North Conway, a darling village where you can ride the Conway Scenic Railroad and shop at a wide assortment of tax-free outlets in town.
