A visit to our expertly designed single level three-bedroom townhome in Moab is all about it’s central location to area amenities. This fully modern and like-new residence is perfect for two families to share with a fully stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, dining room and enclosed patio with gas grill. The Rim Village development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (heated April - October) and hot tubs (heated year round).
The residence offers a two-car garage, and has a basketball hoop and ping pong table for when you’re not out exploring the area’s trails and rivers. There is plenty of parking for trailers etc. at Rim Village.
Each bedroom and the living room offers a high-definition television and the master bath has a jetted tub to soothe after a day of adventure. Two rollaway beds bring the occupancy of this residence up to a total of eight if necessary.

We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay. Housekeepers adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular cleaning regimen, they are following best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we’re doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system.
