Absolutely stunning inside and out, this mountain getaway is the closest condo to the street and sidewalk path, and it will be just the place for the whole family to get a taste of Park City living here at the Canyons Village. There is a walking path right outside the home that will take guests to the slopes with just a fiveminute walk. Upon entering this home away, each guest will be greeted by a unique layout featuring high ceilings, natural light, and openconcept living and kitchen areas. Enjoy the spectacular views of the mountains from the patio and the yogastyle loft. The culinaryinclined guests will also be in paradise with a wellequipped kitchen at their fingertips boasting a gas range, dishwasher for easy cleanup, and all of the utensils of home. Winter will have everyone cozying up beside the fireplace with a cup of hot cocoa, yet summer will be perfect for stepping out to the private deck and grilling up some burgers as the sun goes down. When nights come to a close, dont hesitate to stream Netflix or HBO on the TV and indulge in a movie night with loved ones. Two large hot water tanks were installed in 2022 for guest convenience. The skiers of the group will be gone from sunup to sundown, making the most of fresh powder with a prime location within a fiveminute walking distance of the main Gondola or the Orange Bubble. Taking a break from the snow will be a breeze, with all of the shops and restaurants of the village awaiting at the base of the mountain. Come summer, the shared pool onsite will be a hit, and hiking trails abound in this area, so take your pick. Venture out a bit more, and you will find yourself in the heart of Park City, where you can explore Main Street and grab a few souvenirs to remember such a fantastic trip just four and a half miles away.
