Walk to all the downtown area restaurants, shops and entertainment. There are six restaurants alone on the building’s block. The condo is also one block from the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and Durango’s downtown movie theater. Lifestyle in this condo is like staying at a luxury resort with dining and entertainment options adjacent and of the highest quality. The building has electronic security and elevator access to all levels with secure, fully-enclosed underground parking for two vehicles. Bed Configuration Master Bedroom - King (downstairs) 2nd Bedroom - Queen (downstairs) 3rd Sleeping Area - Bunk Beds (single over single) (downstairs) The living area and kitchen are on the main level. Bedrooms are located downstairs. Note a minimum 7 night stay is required. We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.
