Here, you’ll have everything you need to make your next culinary adventure a joy from stainless steel appliances and sparkling countertops for prepping. In the elegant dining area, there is room for all while the kids swing their feet from the bar seating, or take your meals outside to the deck for an al-fresco meal on hot summer evenings. Good wine and conversation can be had in the private Jacuzzi hot tub while the kids will love toasting marshmallows at the firepit. Downstairs, a game of shuffleboard or a movie in the second entertainment area is great for additional entertainment. Retreat in one of the pleasant bedrooms for a good night’s rest at the day’s end, the main bedroom featuring a king-size bed, TV, and an en-suite bath. A washer/dryer allows everyone to refresh and recharge for the day ahead. You’ll be just two miles from Attitash Mountain Resort with lots of fun runs for every age and ski level. From horseback riding to swimming, golf, and river fishing, there are activities galore for the entire family during all seasons. THINGS TO KNOW Guests must obtain a fire pit permit prior to firepit usage due to county requirements. There is air conditioning in the second and third-floor bedrooms that can be used from Memorial Day to Columbus Day. This property is managed by Property Manager New Hampshire LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
