Our 3,300 square foot home features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is on 4 acres located 15 miles (20 minutes) from downtown Durango at the base of the magnificent La Plata Mountains, and adjacent to the La Plata River. The adjacent river and the proximity to the backcountry richness of La Plata Canyon are unparalleled for their recreational diversity and extraordinary vistas. Fishing, hiking, backcountry skiing, four-wheeling and too many other outdoor pursuits to name are right out the back door of this exceptional property.
The West is all about open spaces meeting spectacular mountain vistas. We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we’re doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay.
