This townhome is located directly across from Purgatory Ski Area and is a perfect base camp for your vacation no matter the season. The townhome features 3 bdrms & 3 baths & is the largest unit in the Black Bear complex. The gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances includes a bar with seating and opens to the main living space and dining area. The townhome also features a gas grill, washer/dryer (laundry detergent provided) and a 2 car garage which contains a ping pong table. The master bdrm features a gas fireplace & balcony.Master bath includes double sinks, shower and a jacuzzi tub. Enjoy views of the ski slopes from either balcony or take a short walk to the beautiful community gazebo with space for outdoor dining as well as a fire pit and outdoor barbeque area. The home is located near the Purgatory Flats trail head, one of the finest and most scenic hikes in the area, as well as Twilight pond which is stocked for fishing and a playground. For easy access to the slopes in winter, just call the on demand shuttle and they will pick you up at the front door or simply walk across highway 550 and be at the lifts in less then 5 mins/

This property is pet friendly and the pet fee is $25/per day. We allow up to 2 dogs per stay. The maximum pet fee is $150.
The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged & does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub & workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee.
