Welcome to Nothin Dune, a luxury lakefront home that’s located directly on Lake Michigan in New Buffalo’s exclusive Riviera community, where you’ll be treated to fantastic views of lake sunsets from the sunroom, the gazebo, the back porch, the master bedroom, and just about anywhere in the main living area. The expansive yard and the prime lakefront location encourage you and your loved ones to spend time outdoors, especially on the private association beach down the stairs. You’ll even be a short bike ride from downtown New Buffalo - close enough to enjoy the shops and restaurants while still having the feel of a summer getaway.

The home’s open floor plan features a large kitchen, a main living area with a wood-burning fireplace, and windows and sliding doors that are designed to let in the natural light. All five well-appointed bedrooms are on the main level, including a brand new master suite with a king-size bed that overlooks Lake Michigan, a second master suite with a king-size bed, and three additional bedrooms with a queen-size bed apiece (including a lakefront bedroom with a convertible Murphy bed). There are three full bathrooms, as well as a fantastic sunroom off the kitchen with a dining table that seats up to 10.
The rustic, fishing-themed finished basement provides ample space for you and your guests to relax and watch movies on the new 58-inch HDTV with surround sound (features include HD cable, a Blu-ray/DVD player, PS3, and Apple TV). There is also a poker table for your entertainment. Nothin Dune boasts high-speed WiFi throughout and a state-of-the-art Sonos sound system, which allows you to play your favorite Pandora station anywhere in the house. The outdoor patio has a gas grill and a long dining table with enough chairs for the entire family, while the yard provides a great place to sit, cook, spend time with friends, or sip a cocktail at sunset. It’s big enough to play a game a whiffle ball or set up a badminton court.
The finished gazebo overlooking the beach is a lovely place to catch a snooze in one of the two day beds or read a book as you enjoy the lake breeze. A built-in hot tub and gas firepit are are just in front of the gazebo, offering beautiful views of the lake year-round. From there, a sturdy, well-maintained staircase leads you down to the private association beach, where you and your guests can swim, read, and enjoy Pure Michigan!
