Welcome to A Happy Place! This fourbedroom, fourbathroom home sits on a lovely wooded lot, with a serene creek at the edge of its backyard, a private hot tub tucked away below the house, and the Stop 41 beach within a mile of the home! The HOA beach has been improved with a new stairway and golf cart parking. The beach, accessed at the end of Highlight Drive from Spring Creek, offers three spots for golf carts. Golf carts can also be parked by any of the beaches in Grand Beach. After a day at Stop 41 beach, rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower, and slip into the hot tub to take off the chill of Lake Michigan’s refreshing waters. Step inside to find a spacious open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large island with granite countertops, and bar stools where you can grab a quick afternoon snack. The kitchen opens into a family room with a woodburning fireplace and a dining room overlooking the back deck. There’s also a screenedin porch with another dining space a wonderful spot for card games on warm summer nights. Spend your evenings in the basement game room, where you’ll find a shuffleboard table and a cabinet full of board games. Light a fire in the backyard firepit, listen to the sounds of the creek trickling by the house, and keep an eye open for deer and other animals passing through. When it’s time to turn in, you’ll find a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom, a room with two sets of twin bunks, and an attached TV room on the second floor. The third floor holds the private master suite with a kingsize bed, an en suite bathroom with a full bathroom and shower, and a private deck with beautiful views of the creek. THINGS TO KNOW If you are booking the home between the months of September and May, please verify that the hot tub will be accessible. The owner’s family has a cat that spends time in the home, however, guests are not allowed to bring cats. This property is managed by Property Manager Michigan, LLC.
