A small community boat dock and ramp are just a minute’s walk from your door. The ground level has two carports, an outside shower, an accessibility-friendly ramp to the under-house entry, and electric stairlifts to the upper floors. Enter through the formal entrance to the first level great room, where you’ll find cathedral ceilings, upscale furnishings, hardwood floors, an entertainment area, and access to sound-front sun decks.
A large kitchen with a breakfast bar is ready to help you provide your dinner guests with meals and snacks. Views abound through the dining area’s bow window and the sound-front screened porch. The first-floor den has a futon with a semi-private bath, an accessibility-friendly toilet, and hall access. Head upstairs where the first and second bedrooms share a bath. The third bedroom has a private bath, a sound-front garden tub, an accessibility-friendly toilet, a stall shower, and a secluded covered deck. Quinnebaug truly is the jewel of all houses.
