Inside this two-story cabin, its inviting atmosphere encourages you to relax and leave all your worries behind.
Things to Know
- This rental is located in a residential neighborhood. Loud parties and disruptive behavior are not tolerated. This neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service.
- Quiet hours are 9 pm - 8 am.
- Two (2) cars maximum allowed. Renters are required to properly display a host provided parking permit on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicle. Failure to display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle.
- Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited.
- During inclement winter weather either 4WD and snow tires, or 2WD and chains are required to access this Unit. All guests must move all vehicles within 24 hours of a snow storm.
- THIS UNIT HAS A STRICT NO PET POLICY, however, HOA regulations require the following disclosure statement: All dogs must be on a leash at all times and owners must pick up feces immediately and dispose of them in an appropriate trash container or dumpster. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THIS UNIT.

It features all the essentials, including stainless steel appliances to prepare everything from full-course meals to quick on-the-go snacks. Your vacation home features high-speed internet too, as well as access to ESPN, Disney+, and a kid-friendly Netflix account.
The Tramway Market is a very short drive away and is open every day for your essential food, beverage, and firewood needs. The Tahoe Treetop Escape is located a few miles from South Lake Tahoe and all the activities the area offers. There are countless shopping and dining options in the South Lake Tahoe area open year-round, including restaurants that offer outdoor seating with firepits and live music. Check out the Tahoe South website for a list of this summer’s outdoor concerts and other activities. And of course, multiple sand beaches on the crystal-clear Lake Tahoe are nearby as well.
For days when you don’t feel like driving, hop aboard the free area shuttle bus. A stop on its route is conveniently located right next to the parking area, so all you need to do is check the schedule for Tahoe Transportation District Route 22 to confirm your departure and be on your way!
