Nestled between Wisp Ski and Golf Resort and Deep Creek Lake, just off popular Marsh Hill Road, Cabin and Canoe at Lake Pointe offers the best of all four seasons. No matter the time of year, wonderful memories are sure to be made! Lounge out in the living area in front of the fire or read a book in the coziness of the sunroom. Let the bubbles of the hot tub alleviate any stress or relax around the fire pit enjoying s’mores and telling stories before climbing the spiral stairs to upstairs queen suite or collapse in either of the two main level queen bedrooms. The Lake Pointe community offers a tennis/pickleball court, a common lake front area with boat dock, where your dedicated boat slip is waiting for you, and a lakeside deck with seating. There is a community dock located along the lakefront of this community, with each space assigned to a specific home. The slip for Cabin and Canoe is available for guest use with the dock number posted in the red Welcome Binder that is in the house. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day. COMMUNITY/AREA DETAILS: Located in the Lake Pointe Community at Deep Creek Lake. This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.
