The Landing 203
The Landing 203 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo with a sleeper sofa located on the first floor above the covered parking via one flight of stairs. It is located approximately three-and-a-half miles down West Beach Blvd. The family-friendly complex has waterfront access to the Little Lagoon and is directly across the street from the Gulf Shores Beach. Free reserved parking is provided.
You’ll find freshly painted interior and ceramic tile floors throughout with a classic ’Tommy Bahama’ style décor, an awesome balcony with secluded indirect gulf views with a high-top table, chairs, two lounge chairs, and a dining table and chairs. There is direct access to the balcony from the living room and main bedroom, via large sliding doors.
There is an open concept living area with combined living and dining areas. The living room includes a 50-inch flatscreen Samsung smart TV and DVD player, high-speed WiFi throughout the condo, and a recliner, a loveseat, and a queen-size sleeper sofa. The dining area provides seating for six with a table and four chairs and two stools at the kitchen counter.
You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with big and small appliances including a refrigerator with an ice maker, a dishwasher, a stove/oven, and a microwave. There is also a separate laundry area with a full-size stacked washer and dryer.
There is a main bedroom with separate balcony access, a 50-inch flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a single vanity. The guest bedroom includes fun beach themes with twin beds and a wall-mounted 32-inch flatscreen TV, and the closet includes a chest for extra storage. The guest bathroom provides a single vanity, a walk-in shower, and plenty of storage.
