This condo is right on the beach and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants right across the street! Take in a movie or concert a short distance away at the Wharf or take one of the many charter boats just down the street. This is a large condo located on the seventh floor that has enough space and privacy for everyone. The main bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen, with a sleeper sofa in the living room. Things to Know Free WiFi Dog-friendly (20 lbs max) There are limited parking spaces. If there are no parking spots when you arrive, please park across the street at the Fairfield Inn. You will need to go to the front desk; there is a fee to park at the hotel. Please contact customer service if you have to park there.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
