This professionally decorated, luxurious beach house was built with large families and groups in mind. There is an open deck around the private pool, as well as a covered porch, for those needing a break from the sun. It is an ideal location to watch the sun setting or rising while relaxing, too! There is a dune walkover for an easy trek to the Gulf. The living room includes a 70inch TV and the dining room overlooks the pool and Gulf. There is a half bath behind the elevator. The full kitchen has granite counters and is set up for catered events with an eatin bar. The kitchen includes two dishwashers, two sinks, two fullsize ovens, and a microwave. There is a large refrigerator in the kitchen and another in the butler’s pantry next to the kitchen with more prep area. Besides the additional large refrigerator and separate ice machine, there is a pantry with plentiful space, and a washer and dryer. The large dining area and bar are set up to accommodate everyone for those meals together, creating precious moments to reconnect and create memories. You will want to keep coming back! The first floor has a Gulffront bedroom with a king bed and a builtin twin. The en suite bath has a separate shower and a double vanity. The guest bedroom has a king bed with an en suite bath. Upstairs, a second living area is ideal for the group that wants to watch a different movie or game on the 65inch TV. This living room has a couch, a sofa bed, and a chair bed. The second floor has six bedrooms and five bathrooms, and there are three king bedrooms on the Gulf side with spectacular views. Two of them have builtin twins and views of the Gulf, ideal for stargazing or watching out for pirates and shipwrecks! Each has its own private bath. The north side of the house has two bunk rooms as well as another queen bedroom with a twin bunk. This bedroom has a private bathroom. The bunk rooms share the hall bathroom. Come see our sugarwhite sands that are ideal for building sandcastles. Stroll up the beach and see remnants of a shipwrecked hull on the beach and dream of pirates and scenes of the past. Go down to Fort Morgan, a Civil Warera fort with a museum. Take the ferry over to Dauphin Island and visit the Estuarium and Fort Gaines. Bring your boat and fishing gear or take advantage of one of the many charter boats. This area is rich in history and ready for fun and relaxation.
