When it’s time to call it a night, you’ll have two well-appointed bedrooms to enjoy. Things to Know Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
