Our 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment located in the Log Hill development, just 15 minutes from Ridgway and 41 miles from Telluride (less than an hour drive). The property acres showcase a main residence and an apartment. This is the listing for the 1,000 square foot apartment ONLY which features 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms (note the 2nd bathroom is adjacent to the master - see photo in the listing). The homes can be rented separately or together as each has substantial privacy buffers from the other.
The apartment features a fully-stocked kitchen, a comfortable living space with spectacular views, a wood fireplace, and flat screen TV and a second-level deck with unmatched views of the Cimarron and Sneffel’s mountain ranges. It is the perfect retreat to bask in the cool mountain air, take in the plentiful views, and create a base camp for all of your mountain adventures,the elevation is 6,985 ft
There is also a trail (for residents/guests only) out the back door that meanders several miles throughout the entire Log Hill Village area and offers amazing views.
There is parking in the west garage for one car with room for one car in in front of the garage.
