Our 2,300 square foot 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom luxurious mountain home sits on 40 acres of land and is the perfect retreat for your next Colorado getaway!
This home features awe inspiring mountain views, a modern well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a custom stone fireplace in the main living area, and a wrap-around deck with a gas grill. It is 6 miles from Ridgway, 17 miles from Ouray, and 40 miles from Telluride (less than a 45 minute drive), which allow you to enjoy the convenience of being near town, yet have the privacy and additional space of a home that is situated on 40 acres.

This home has air conditioning, a garage, and ample parking for other vehicles and trailers, plus 40 acres to roam and explore!
We ask that guests please be respectful of the neighbors; ATV’s are not permitted to be ridden anywhere but on the road. No outdoor fires are permitted at any of the Catamount properties per the HOA Bylaws as a result of the possibility of a forest fire.
For winter stays (December 1 to March 30) a 4WD vehicle is required.
We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting.
In addition to our regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for
hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces, and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per the manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we’re doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you to our home and hosting your stay.
