Our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome is located adjacent to the Uncompaghre River and is ideal for taking in the cool mountain air. It features vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, picture windows with views of the surrounding mountains in nearly every direction, and a deck overlooking the river with a gas grill. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Ouray, which features a plethora of shops, galleries, and eateries, the Ouray Hot Springs Pool, and Fellin Park.

The garage is not available to guest parking during summer months, but has access for trash and recycle as well as storage of luggage, bicycles, etc. There room to park two cars tandem in the is a driveway. There is also room along the street in front of the townhome for additional vehicles.
This property is pet friendly and the pet is fee is $25/per day (max. $150) We have a maximum of 2 dogs.
We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting.
In addition to our regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for
hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces, and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per the manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we’re doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system.
