Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo provides ultimate convenience for everything that Ouray has to offer! It’s located adjacent to Fellin Park, the home of Ouray’s Mountain Air Music Series, and the famous Ouray Hot Springs Pool. It’s located just a few block from downtown Ouray which features delectable dining options, and one-of-a kind shops and art galleries.The condo features spectacular mountain views, an outdoor deck with an electric BBQ grill, WiFi, and Satellite TV. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - Queen Bed 2nd Bedroom - 2 Twin Beds Main Living Space - Sleeper Sofa Each bedroom has an adjoining en suite bathroom. The condo is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $25 per day ($150 max. per stay) with a 2 dog limit. We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person to person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we’re doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay.
