This seventh-floor corner condo with a loft is a beach lover’s delight. It features a wraparound balcony overlooking the Gulf, excellent decor, stainless steel appliances, TVs throughout, and a spacious 1,500-square-foot living area. This area of Orange Beach is away from crowds but a short drive to stores and attractions. Lei Lani has an indoor and outdoor pool, a fishing pier, and an outdoor pool across the street at Lei Lani Village. WiFi is available throughout the property. THINGS TO KNOW Notice: Beginning in September, 2024, there will be ongoing construction at Lei Lani properties with an expected date of completion in July 2025. There will be no access to balconies at Lei Lani Tower during this time period and some inconvenience may be experienced due to outdoor furniture storage in the living space. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
