Completely renovated in 2021, 2 Carats East - a real gem of a beach house in Fort Morgan - features seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 20 people in its 3,568 square feet of living space. When you vacation here, you’ll be treated to a new shared pool with the other half of the duplex, a new beach boardwalk, a dining area that seats 20 people, and so much more. Speaking of which, the new pool was designed with families in mind, so everyone can enjoy themselves here! It features a Baja ledge with bubblers and umbrella holders, a waterfall, and steps (including a handrail) to help guests enter the pool. An in-pool bench runs the length of the pool and faces the ocean so you can blissfully lounge while appreciating the view. There are two living areas, seven smart TVs, three DVD players, an ice machine, and three bedrooms with their own private bathrooms and balconies! A new screened deck with a table and chairs...

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
