A new screened deck with a table and chairs extends the living and dining space. And your pool is right below! A barbecue grill makes afternoon cookouts a breeze. You won’t believe how much seating is available in the lower-level living room, where a 70-inch smart TV is perched in the corner. Adding to the living space, a sofa and ottoman are tucked into a corner with its own wet bar. The kitchen comes fully equipped for all your cooking or catering needs. An oversized stainless steel fridge makes keeping all your food for the week convenient to access - no need for multiple trips to the supermarket! One of the primary bedrooms comes with its own jetted tub and separate shower.
