LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ski-in, ski-out condo is located right on the slopes and is quite possibly the best ski-in, ski-out location in Mammoth! Slope access is literally right in front of the unit. Ski-in, ski-out luxury can’t get any closer than this.
Beautifully appointed with a multitude of small decorator touches, there is nothing basic about this property. The living room has a large flat screen TV with DVD player, cozy gas fireplace, and a large sectional sofa. There is dining room seating for 6, room for 4 at the kitchen bar, as well as granite in the kitchen. Unit evens comes with complimentary wireless Internet.
The master bedroom upstairs has a King bed, flat screen TV with DVD player, gas fireplace and private attached bathroom complete with double vanity and granite countertops. The second bedroom downstairs on the main floor has a Queen bed and TV, with the third bedroom (also on main floor) featuring a bunk bed with a Double on the bottom and a Twin on the top. There is a shared bathroom, also with a dual vanity and granite countertops, as well as a washer and dryer inside the unit! All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.
This Eagle Run complex has underground garage parking (garage clearance is 8’ 2") and an outdoor jacuzzi. This condo sleeps a maximum of 7 people and comes with one assigned parking spot with additional guest parking on a first come, first serve basis. Guests will be provided one parking pass. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options.There is an elevator from garage to condo, three levels inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted.
