This upscale, and pet-friendly, spacious townhouse with mountain modern decor and breathtaking views, is perfect for your large group or family, located walking distance to Eagle Lodge in the premier community at Juniper Crest. This 3 Bedroom + Loft, 3 Bathroom home features unobstructed views of Mammoth Mountain and the Sherwin Mountains, offering light and bright rooms in a beautiful mountain setting. In the living room, cozy up in front of the gas fireplace on the large comfortable sectional, providing seating for the whole family and TV viewing on the large flatscreen with cable. The open plan living, kitchen and dining area with vaulted ceilings is the perfect social setting for your group to be together. The dining area provides seating for up to 10 with an extendable table and more chairs available. And with an upgraded kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need to prepare large family meals.
You enter the home on this main level via the private 2-car garage, with ample storage space for equipment, and a spacious entryway for boots, jackets etc. The first of 3 decks are on this level with private bbq off the dining room. Upstairs the Master suite features a King bed with flatscreen TV, private deck with stunning views, en-suite bathroom with double vanity, a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Also on the upper level is the loft featuring a day bed with two Twin trundles, flatscreen TV. A great flexible space that can be used as a second TV room, or a bedroom. The loft is closed off but does not have an entry door or closet. On the ground level, the second bedroom features a Queen bedroom and flatscreen TV. The third bedroom features a set of Full bunk beds, plus a trundle bed, flatscreen TV and daybed by the window to enjoy the views. Both lower level bedrooms have access to a full bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower. Located on the lower back deck is a private hot tub for soaking after a long day of skiing or hiking, that looks out to the mountains. A private laundry room with washer/dryer is also featured on this lower level, offering more amenities to make your stay more comfortable. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This townhome sleeps a maximum of 10 people, comes with a private two car garage with 1 additional outdoor parking space in the driveway (in Summer only), is 3 levels inside, and smoking is not permitted. Pet-friendly for one dog only. All bedroom TVs have access to an Amazon firestick to stream content, and complimentary WI-FI is provided throughout. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options.
