With spectacular full mountain views, this 2 bedroom + loft, 3 bathroom condo has been completely remodeled with no detail left unfinished. The full modernized kitchen features slate flooring, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a beautiful spiral staircase leading up to the loft. There is seating for 6 at the dining table, with an additional 3 at the kitchen bar. The kitchen opens into the living area where you can entertain around the custom stone fireplace and large flat smart screen television with DVD player. The custom spiral staircase in the kitchen leads up to the loft area where there are two twin beds each with a twin trundle for a total of 4 Twins. The master bedroom downstairs features a Queen bed, and relax in style while you watch your favorite movie from the television with DVD player. The attached private bathroom with slate flooring and walk-in shower. The second bedroom was spared no attention to detail as well. New furnishings throughout including rustic Queen bedding, television with DVD player and private attached bathroom with slate flooring. There is even a full third bathroom with shower on the main floor, as well as private washer and dryer downstairs. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. The Snowflower complex is conveniently located near town and the Snowcreek golf course, making it a perfect getaway winter or summer! This condo sleeps up to 8 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are 2 stairs to the unit, 3 levels inside the unit, and no smoking, and no pets are permitted. Please Note: This property makes use of surveillance equipment outside the home.
