A beautiful and rare, 5-star, luxury single family home located directly on the Sierra Star golf course. This is one of the few homes in Mammoth that is available for nightly rental! Watch the golfers and enjoy gorgeous mountain views while relaxing in your very own private hot tub. This two-story gem in the Gray Stone community features rustic mountain décor and top notch amenities, including custom countertops, wood flooring, attached 2-car garage and laundry room with washer and dryer!
The spacious living room features designer furniture, a flatscreen TV, custom stone fireplace and mantel set before a large wrap around outdoor deck with private gas grill and patio heaters. The dining room seats up to eight, and leads into a full kitchen, equipped with a bar area, wine cooler, farmhouse sink, and modern stainless steel appliances.
The master bedroom has a King bed, beautiful gas fireplace with mantle, flatscreen TV, two walk-in closets, and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, shower and soaker tub. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a Twin on the top and Full on the bottom, and shares a half bath right outside the bedroom door.
The downstairs entertainment area den features a large flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, comfy sectional sofa for relaxing, fuseball table, and is surrounded by three additional bedrooms. The third bedroom features a Queen bed, as well as bunk bed with a Twin on the top and Full on the bottom, and en-suite bathroom with dual vanity. The fourth bedroom has a Queen bed and en-suite bathroom, while the fifth, and final, bedroom offers a Queen bed also with en-suite bathroom.
The home is well equipped with modern technology featuring a Sonos system throughout, sound bars on all TVs and cable TV. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This home sleeps a maximum of 14 people, there are 4 stairs to the house, 2 levels inside, enough parking for 6 vehicles (2 in private garage) and no smoking or pets are permitted.
