If a prime location and lots of space are what you’re looking for, then look no further! The vaulted ceilings on the upper floor provide an open feel to the living room, dining room and kitchen of this large floorplan 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom corner townhouse. Located across the street from The Village and entrance to the Gondola, you get the prime location without all the hustle and bustle. With new hardwood flooring, and new furniture this upper level provides a spacious living area for all the family to gather. With a huge flat screen TV, comfortable couch and recliners and cozy pellet stove in the living room, complete with DVD/CD player, it’s perfect for movie night. The kitchen is fully equipped, just like home, and there is dining room seating for all and then some. And you can bring your dog along with one approved pet allowed. The master bedroom features a Cal King bed with flatscreen TV and en-suite full bathroom, while the second bedroom has a Double bed, and a Queen bed also with flatscreen TV and en-suite full bathroom. There is even an additional full bathroom with stand-up shower on the main upper living level. The Helios North complex offers an underground parking garage (no shoveling required!), sauna and roof top jacuzzi. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people, is non-smoking, and 1 pet (dogs only) is allowed. There are 23 stairs to the unit from the garage, and is 2 levels inside. There is one assigned underground garage parking spot that will fit two cars tandem. Clearance is 9 ft. Guests will be provided two parking passes.
