Enjoy unobstructed, beautiful views from the living room bay windows and relax by the gas fireplace. The living room offers a 65” TV with comfortable seating overlooking the Valentine Reserve and Mammoth Creek with walking and Town Loop biking trails just outside the back door. A private balcony includes an outdoor dining area as well as a gas bbq grill. New flooring throughout with hydronic radiant heating ensures quiet nights without the loud noise of traditional heaters.
The chef’s kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and accessories including a Viking range and refrigerator, a new Samsung dishwasher, coffee grinder and coffee maker, and new toaster oven. The kitchen is fully stocked with new pots and pans, brand new silverware and dinnerware, plenty of cooking accessories and all the items you need to comfortably prepare meals.
The four bedrooms consist of the following: Primary bedroom 1 features a King-size bed, TV, and a work-from-home desk area with plug-in 2 computer monitors and an easy-to-use laptop docking station. Primary bedroom 2 also features a King-size bed, TV, and a private balcony with a sitting area overlooking a gorgeous view. An additional alcove room/loft on this upper level features a twin daybed with a twin trundle and TV. On the lower level of the home, Bedroom 3 features a King-size bed, TV, fireplace, and a private outside patio with a jacuzzi. Bedroom 4 is furnished with 2 sets of Twin bunk beds, offering 4 Twin beds. The home is equipped with a private laundry room downstairs, offering a washer and dryer.
A two-car heated garage with a 7’4” clearance offers the ultimate convenience on those stormy days and includes an outdoor driveway large enough for 1 additional vehicle (in Summer only, due to snow storage and roof shedding). The garage includes newly-installed Gravity Grabbers to safely hold skis and snowboards. The home comes with a portable AC unit to help keep those Summer days cooler.
Guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club. Snowcreek facility includes an indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, sauna, fitness equipment, yoga, Pilates, cycle studio, tennis courts, indoor basketball gym, plus more. Green and yellow shuttle stop in front of the community entrance. DirecTV, HBO, Plex, Disney+, Netflix channels included with all the latest movies and tv shows + WIFI access available. This unit is not pet friendly and sleeps a maximum of 12. This is a 3-story townhouse with 3 levels inside, 1 step at the front entrance, there are no sleeping accommodations on the main entry level.
