This three story townhouse offers a private 2 car garage with EV charger, laundry room, large expansive deck with private hot tub and outdoor seating and BBQ grill. The floorplan allows social gatherings and is perfect for a large family gathering. On the entry level of the home is the living room with wood burning fireplace, large flatscreen TV with cable TV. A dining room that can seat up to 8 with additional bar seating for 4. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen offers stone counters, top of the line stainless appliances, a wine fridge and everything needed to prepare meals. The large deck offers a BBQ gas grill, private hot tub, outdoor dining seating and is located on the 18th fairway of the Sierra Star Golf Course. On this level the guest bedroom features a queen bed, with adjacent full bathroom with walk-in shower. On the next level is a kids haven featuring a full size bunk with twin on top, and a trundle twin below, TV and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. On the third top level, the primary suite features a king bed, TV, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. The fourth guest bedroom also on this upper level has a queen bed, en-suite bathroom with shower. This unit also offers WiFi internet access, a two car garage (garage clearance 7’ 5") a laundry room with washer / dryer so you can enjoy all the conveniences of home. Located on the green line shuttle route, it is a short walk to the shuttle stop with a quick ride into Town or to Eagle Lodge. This unit is pet friendly, One pet allowed, additional pets by approval only, please call. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, Pilates and cycle studio and more.
