Outback is a brand new 3 bedroom + office/ 3.5 bathroom townhome in the Milepost 1 community, tucked between Widgi Creek Golf Course and 7th Mountain Resort along the Deschutes River. Outback boasts new and luxurious furnishings and AC. A well-equipped kitchen with new, high end appliances, awaits your inner chef. Whether you are preparing a meal to share with family, or entertaining friends, this home’s light, bright, open kitchen/dining/living area provides the perfect setting. The kitchen and bathrooms are bright with a modern mountain feel. With large Smart TVs in every bedroom and the office, and a 70 inch smart TV in the living room, there is enough inside entertainment for the whole family. You may log into your own Netflix, Amazon, or Apple accounts, or watch television on your own personal devices using the provided WiFi. With an amazing view of towering pine trees, the living room area is open to the kitchen and dining areas, creating ample gathering space and the ideal place to spend your vacation together with family or friends. A powder room is conveniently located for guests and to ensure privacy in the bedroom suites. There is a Master Suite on the First Floor with an en suite bathroom. The second floor has another Master with 2 Queens and an en suite bathroom. The third bedroom upstairs has a Queen bed and en suite bathroom. Enjoy the amazing bluebird skies and stellar, starry evenings in Bend by enjoying the lovely outdoor space. An outdoor grill is perfect for a summer barbecue with outdoor dining to enjoy your meal al fresco. When the cool mountain air creeps in at night, there is a fire pit with outdoor seating - the perfect spot to wind down after a long day enjoying the outdoor wonderland of The High Desert. An attached two car garage provides plenty of space for gear storage and cars. A mudroom and laundry room with a washer and dryer make it easy to come home and clean up after a day on the trails and on the slopes. Spend the day hiking or cycling the many trails that pass by the house, and then relax on the patio in the evening. The house is nestled in between and within walking distance of Widgi Creek Golf Course and the Seventh Mountain Resort. Widgi golf course provides high value golf on a traditional golf course design among old growth trees. Seventh Mountain Resort has an onsite Bar and Grill, offers horseback riding and rafting trips during the spring, summer, and fall, and ice skating during the winter. A disc golf course and a kid’s mountain bike track also are available. Bend’s Old Mill District and Downtown Bend are a quick 6 to 8 minute drive from Outback. Catch a concert at the amphitheater in town or enjoy some great dining at the many restaurants and breweries. Outback is located in the closest residential neighborhood to Mt. Bachelor. This is particularly amazing in the winter to beat traffic to the mountain so that you can get an early start for a great day on the slopes.
