Welcome to this family‑friendly 3‑bedroom beach house tucked inside the ViBe Creative District on 16th Street in Virginia Beach. Just three blocks from the beach and boardwalk, the home sits in a quiet residential pocket of the South End—an area known for its charm, safety, and walkability. You’ll be steps from local restaurants, coffee shops, the Sports Center, Atlantic Park and Dome Site, and the Convention Center, making this a lively and convenient place to stay. Linens, onsite parking, complimentary amenities, and free WiFi are all included. Vacation like a local and make it a trip to remember.
The cottage comes fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped for comfort. The spacious driveway and garage provide private parking, and inside you’ll find free WiFi and cable. The first floor opens into a welcoming living room with a large flat‑screen TV, surround sound, and streaming capabilities. A full kitchen and dining area offer plenty of room to cook and gather. Two guest bedrooms are located on this level—one with a queen bed and another with a full‑and‑twin bunk setup. A doggie door off the kitchen leads to the fenced backyard, giving your four‑legged family member easy access to play and explore.
Out back, enjoy a private patio with seating for six and a gas grill (propane included) for outdoor dining. This area is fully enclosed for any four-legged family members tagging along for the stay!
Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed with custom bedding, a spacious bathroom, and a cozy reading nook—perfect for remote working, unwinding, or enjoying a quiet moment.
We provide two towel sets per bedroom, along with a starter supply of toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed.

You’ll be within walking distance of top restaurants, nightlife, live entertainment, and the Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art. The Sports Center and Convention Center are just minutes away. - Beach gear and bikes are not included, but concierge rentals are available and delivered directly to the home. Baby gear rentals (cribs, pack‑and‑plays, strollers, etc.) are also offered through our guest app.
- During peak summer season (May–September), early check‑ins and late check‑outs are not available due to high turnover volume. Please plan to follow the 4:00 PM check‑in and 10:30 AM check‑out times.
