A focal point of the property is the enclosed pool and spacious lanai, furnished with comfortable seating and an outdoor TV. The lanai offers a serene spot to sit, sip, visit, and watch the kiddos as they play in the pool’s turquoise water.
Inside, you’ll find a bright and open space with two living areas, one with a workspace, and two smart TVs. A formal living area offers comfortable seating and a chaise lounge. A desk with a computer monitor is ideal for guests working remotely. The second living area is furnished with a sectional, chair, recliner for the group, and a 70-inch TV. The well-equipped, full kitchen is appointed with a suite of stainless-steel appliances as well as ample cookware and helpful gadgets. A convenient service window opens to a bar on the lanai. Keep the chef company at the kitchen bar, and when it’s time to dine, gather at one of two tables.
This single-level home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. Find comfort in the master en-suite, which has a king-size bed, smart TV, and lanai access. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. An expansive screened lanai provides a sparkling, salt water heated pool, cushioned seating area, gas grill, and smart TV.
