A visit to the Morikami Museum and Japanese gardens, or Boynton Beach Fishing Charter and Sandoway Discovery Center, are only a few examples of the multiple activities awaiting you! Bushwood offers many different gathering areas for your family to relax in. The intimate living room features four sofa chairs, a decorative fireplace, and a small coffee table; it is the perfect space to converse with friends and relatives over an afternoon cup of tea. Comfortable and inviting, the family room has a large sofa, three sofa chairs, a decorative fireplace for a cozy ambiance, and a Smart TV, ideal to relax and unwind at the end of the day. The well-appointed kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and everything you need to prepare a delicious feast. Bright, functional, and with extensive counter space, this kitchen will surely please the cook in your family. Adjacent, you will find a dinette area, with a table and seating for four people. There is also a formal dining room, outfitted with a sumptuous dining table that seats six, a lovely sideboard for storage, and a charming view of the pool and the water fountain wall in the backyard. The master bedroom suite offers a queen-size bed with luxurious linens and pillows, beautiful furnishing, a private bathroom with shower, and French doors leading to an outside seating area with a lovely pergola. The elegantly decorated second bedroom has a queen-size bed, plush linens and pillows, and a ceiling fan. The third one is outfitted with 2 twin-size beds, luxurious linens, and glass doors to easily access the backyard while providing abundant natural light. There are two more bathrooms in the property, one with a shower and the other one with a shower/tub combination. The stunning backyard is probably the place you’ll want to spend most of your time! It includes a massive outdoor dining set, BBQ grill, pool with heating option, lovely water fountain wall, as well as lounge chairs and umbrellas. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and all your cookware. There is a traditional drip-style coffee pot and a toaster. Additionally, all your cutlery as well as tableware are stocked. Basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) are also provided for your cooking needs. PARKING: Driveway parking and free street parking. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 11 AM DISCLAIMER: NO events or gatherings, including bachelorette/ bachelor parties, weddings, baby showers, or birthdays.
