This elegant Tudor, located on the banks of the Deschutes River near historic Drake Park in Downtown Bend, is an easy walk to downtown, where you’ll find lots of choices for dining, shopping and entertainment.
Drake Park Villa is a beautiful two-story home with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The luxurious King Master Suite includes a large separate shower, double sinks and a soaking tub surrounded by beautiful paned windows that overlook the river. Two queen bedrooms share one bath on the second floor, which also has a spacious family room with a flat screen television with cable and DVD. The family room can become a fourth bedroom with the fold-out sofa.
The main floor features Brazilian hardwood floors and a roomy, open floor plan with living, kitchen and dining areas. Large windows frame the beautiful view of the river. Drake Park Villa also features a gas fireplace, gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops and seating for four at the bar, as well as a media room with flat screen TV and game table. This is a no-pet home.
