South Pacific Townhouse is a comfortable, quintessential Telluride oasis with a perfect downtown location. Tucked into a quieter neighborhood just one block south of Main Street and two blocks from the gondola, guests of South Pacific Townhouse will have all the delightful comforts of home, complete with easy ski access, gorgeous mountain peak views, and the enjoyment of downtown right outside your door.
The classic front facade of South Pacific Townhouse resembles a modern Victorian— with multiple porches, steep gabled roofing, and charming scalloped siding. Guests enter the home from the south entrance, where you’ll find convenient PARKING and a large DECK with plenty of seating and magnificent views. On the main level, there’s a comfy and inviting GREAT ROOM— where everyone can gather together easily. In the LIVING ROOM, there’s a leather sofa, armchair, and a built-in window seat that overlooks the front porch. A stone fireplace and large HDTV create an ideal spot to watch your favorite TV show or simply curl up with a good book by the fire.
A DINING AREA has a farmhouse-style table with seating for six and seamlessly blends the living area with the KITCHEN. Natural wood cabinets and granite tile countertops provide plenty of storage and workspace. Premier appliances include a gas range with a griddle, a paneled refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Bar stools on the tiered island provide additional seating. This main level also includes a convenient POWDER ROOM.
The PRIMARY SUITE occupies the entire second level of this home— allowing for complete privacy. The suite includes a luxe king-size bed underneath an airy vaulted ceiling, an HDTV, and a glass door that leads outside to your private terrace with mountain views. The spacious ENSUITE BATHROOM includes a deep, jetted tub, a glass-enclosed shower, and a double vanity.
The two remaining bedrooms are located on the lower level of the home. The first GUEST BEDROOM includes a queen-size and an attached full bathroom, while the second GUEST BEDROOM has two twin-size beds and a full bathroom that can be accessed from the hallway. Each guest bedroom has its own HDTV. This lower level also includes a convenient laundry room.
