This aptly named Mountain Village home is the peak of a peaceful getaway, with 6,800 square feet of sumptuous living space and a perfect walk-to-ski central location. The Pinnacle has sleeping room for up to 12 people plus the option to bring the family dog as well, with prior approval. Surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds and mature Rocky Mountain forest— The Pinnacle keeps you close to world-class ski slopes in winter and just a few steps from truly epic hiking and mountain biking trails in the spring and summer.
In the main GREAT ROOM, soaring cathedral ceilings are accentuated by exposed dark wood beams. A rustic wood plank coffee table is surrounded by two plush couches and lots of extra seating, so everyone in your group will have a spot to kick back by the stone fireplace. Extras include a baby grand piano and large, arched windows with gorgeous mountain views.
A FORMAL DINING ROOM leads into the open KITCHEN, where you’ll find an elegant, granite-topped island and custom cabinetry. High-end appliances include a Wolf gas range, panel-front refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a wet bar area with a wine fridge. We’re happy to stock the giant pantry for you before you arrive, and to schedule the services of a private chef to cater to your every need.
The Pinnacle features two PRIMARY SUITES— both of which boast a luxe king-size bed, fireplace, large HDTV, and an ensuite spa bathroom with a separate shower and tub. The secondary suite also includes a dedicated office area with a private terrace. Two additional GUEST ROOMS, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed, and both with private, attached bathrooms, while the final bedroom is a BUNK ROOM with two twin-over-twin-size bunk beds.
In the fun GAME ROOM, you’ll delight in the pub-like atmosphere that includes darts, a pool table, a pinball machine, and a jukebox. Pour yourself a pint and relax by the crackling fireplace or take your cocktail outside to enjoy it in the hot tub. There’s also an impressive MEDIA ROOM that will make every family movie night incredibly memorable.
Guest of The Pinnacle will be immersed in a sea of exquisite extras— including an outdoor lounging and dining space with a barbecue grill and fireplace, a laundry room on every level, garage parking for two vehicles, a ski locker, and super-easy access to both skiing and hiking right from your front door.
