The Lyderic apartment is located 100 meters from Gare Lille Flandres, a short walk from Gare Lille Europe. It is the perfect spot to discover Lille city centre ! This apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building and can host up to 4 travellers. It is composed by : A large living room with 1 sofa bed with fully equipped open kitchen Bedroom 1 : 1 bed of 160x200cm and 1 bathrooms, 1 bathrooms with shower, All our apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi, hotel quality towels, bedsheets and toiletries items and a Nespresso coffee machine. You can keep in touch with a member of our team during your stay. The check-in/out can be done independently thanks to a key box on the corridor. Cleaning fee is included in the total displayed rental price. A pre-authorization of the credit card used for your booking will be taken as a deposit the day before your arrival and released 7 days after your departure. Should any damages or problem be noticed in the apartment during your stay, the deposit will be charged accordingly. No party or noise is allowed after 10pm. In case of any disturbance and/or complaint from the neighbourhood; the entire deposit will be charged. For any check-in outside the regular fixed hours indicated in our listing, we kindly ask you an additional fee of 10€ per extra hour. Ideal for families with children (baby cot on request) and with its large living room, it is the perfect spot for your professional events (seminars, training, travel…). No lift accesses.
