This top-level condo is located in Crystal Beach, a lakefront complex on the southern shores of Payette Lake. Take morning walks into downtown McCall just one block away, book morning tee times at the McCall Golf Club one mile east, and hike to Porcupine Point in Ponderosa State Park two miles northeast. Each winter, you’ll also be 10 miles south of fantastic skiing and snowboarding on the slopes of Brundage Mountain.
The living space is simple and comfortable, offering plush sofas, two cable TVs, and a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a breakfast bar. Grab your bathing suits from the private washer/dryer each morning and spend summer days outside, swimming in the seasonal pool, sunbathing at the complex’s beach, or walking half a mile east to Legacy Park.
