THINGS TO KNOW An additional $75 resort fee applies. The condo is heated by an electric baseboard with thermostats and the living room by an electric space heater. Take advantage of the shared amenities which include an outdoor pool, Ping-Pong, and a fitness center. The pool will be open from mid-May through mid-September, weather permitting. If you plan on using the new HOA kayak launch and dock structure, you will need to sign a waiver and supply your own kayaks, life jackets, and other equipment.
