This condo sits roughly equidistant from downtown Wells, three miles north, and Ogunquit, two miles south, creating an ideal escape for beach-goers, small families, and antique enthusiasts. Pass the summer on the golden shores of Ogunquit Beach one mile south, and take tranquil nature walks through the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge six miles north.

The pool will be open from mid-May through mid-September, weather permitting.
If you plan on using the new HOA kayak launch and dock structure, you will need to sign a waiver and supply your own kayaks, life jackets, and other equipment.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
