Located on the north end of Sunriver, it has an amazing view of the Woodlands Golf Course. The Village at Sunriver is three miles away, and both Bend and Mt. Bachelor are close enough for day trips. The living area and wood-burning fireplace is upstairs along with a dining room and full kitchen with breakfast bar. A coffee maker helps you perk up in the morning, and there’s a dishwasher to cut down on cleaning time. If you need inspiration, log onto the WiFi and find a recipe. Outside on the deck is the gas grill and a lovely outdoor space to enjoy food and the view. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
