Situated on a private dead-end road, this one-bedroom home is exceptionally quiet. You’ll find a public boat launch less than a quarter of a mile away and North Hero State Park is just down the road.
This apartment features brand new furnishings and a host of amenities. Head up the stairs and into a modern wonderland. The living room is replete with comfortable seating, a vaulted ceiling, and windows that let the light pour in on a sunny day. It’s the perfect spot for a late-evening glass of wine.
The kitchen has all the amenities you need for mealtime including a four-burner gas stove and stainless steel appliances. After carefully crafting your meal, enjoy it on the four-seat dining table, which offers amazing lake and wood views. Enjoy a snack or a cup of joe on the rocking chair or head out to the charming deck with a powered awning for views of the wooded hills and lawn beyond.
Head outside to your own private beach, which is just 200 feet away, down a small private driveway. Here you’ll find a firepit to roast marshmallows and beach chairs to lounge with your favorite book. Don’t forget to bring your boat as a small dock and boat launch await nearby.
North Hero is a wonderland for nature lovers. Fishermen head here during the fishing derby to test their pole prowess. North Hero State Park is one of the most scenic and beautiful spots in the state, boasting acres of pristine wilderness. Knight Point State Park and Grand Isle State Park are popular spots for cross country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. And if you’re up for some excitement across the border, bring your passport and head to Montreal just 100 miles north.

Please note that because of steep, open stairs, this home may not be suitable for small children under six years old - please call Property Manager for assistance finding a more family-friendly home if you are traveling with small children! Although this home is private, the owner might need access to the garage from time to time.
