Patrick’s Point and the Klamath River are also within reach and offer more outdoor exploration. A short drive south along the highway to the Kutcher Visitors Center offers easier beach access. The Thomas H. Kuchel Visitor Center offers easy beach access and the visitor center is staffed with Rangers who can give you tips, and updates on all the local spots and trails.
