This home is conveniently located just minutes from Franconia Notch off I-93, only three miles north of Franconia Village, and five miles northwest of Sugar Hill, home of the world-famous Polly’s Pancake Parlor as well as Harman’s Cheese and Country Store. It is also only three miles south of Littleton where you’ll find plenty of shopping and, of course, Chutters candy store with the world’s longest candy counter! Plus, this vacation rental is just seven miles north of Cannon Mountain for skiing in the winter and hiking trails in the summer!

Please note that this house is located on an active farm. The orchard has about 400 trees, so they will have to spend several days maintaining them and you could expect occasional machinery such as four-wheelers, chain saws, and sometimes a wood chipper.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
