The Bellevue is located at the top floor of the Sangata Mansion providing a perfect romantic set for travellers and couples. The Bellevue is composed as follows: A Double Bedroom in suite with a large bathroom. A living room, dining room & fully equipped kitchen. An attic with 1 foldable bed for young children (availability on request) A private balcony to enjoy the view of the garden and the lake. A spare toilet with a washing & drying machine. Free Wi-Fi connection, parking, TV and air condition. Private access by elevator. The maximum capacity will be of 2 adults (young children or baby beds are on request) The size of the Bellevue is from 90m2. All the guests staying in the Bellevue have the access to the imperial garden of 10’000m2 with an amazing lake view and a resting place to enjoy the nature, the lake view and the Swiss Alps. Ideally located in the heart of the Rivera and a 5 minutes drive from Montreux city center or 22 minutes walk, the residence offers an idyllic setting nestled on several acres of greenery and an unequal view of the Lake of Geneva. The exterior, featuring a gigantic open garden with century-old trees overlooking the lake and the surrounding Alps, provides a unique vantage point. At the Sangata Mansion there is also available a 1 Bedroom apartment (the Nest) for 2 persons located at 10 meters from the Bellevue entrance and also the Villa for 6 persons located at 20 meters from the Bellevue entrance so many families book the 3 places together that can accommodate 10 persons and have a lovely family time experience. All of our guests will get the Riviera Cards in order to use the public transports free of charge in the area (train and buses between Villeneuve and Vevey). The Sangata Mansion is located in Clarens Switzerland (Swiss Riviera) in front of the famous school of St Georges. Located in a quiet residential area less than 5 min drive from the train station of Montreux or 24 minutes walk. The residence is very popular for guests that look for peace and discretion of their retreats to the hustle of the hotels of the city. Everything is centric within minutes of drive since it offers coffee shops, grocery shops, restaurants, touristic attractions and transportation. The main train station of Montreux is within a 25 min walk. You have access to the local and regional bus service within a 1min walk. There is a EUROPCAR car rental agency located in the Montreux Palace Hotel, within 18 min walk. We have probably 10 great restaurants within 20 min walking distance... too numerous to mention here. Montreux is within 1hr from the largest ski region in Europe, La Port de Soleil, with over 500km contiguous pistes. Great variety of pistes for all levels, partly in Switzerland and France. You can also reach resorts such as Verbier, Crans-Montana, Leysin, Les Diablerets by car or train/bus. By car, you’ll be there in about 1hr. The best way to reach the property is by car and this is 5 minutes drive from Montreux. There is also a bus stop at 250 meters from the property making it easy to access with public transports.
