The Coachella Valley is home to several world-class golf courses, so don’t forget your clubs! Head to the Rodeo Drive of the Desert, El Paseo Drive, to do some upscale shopping. There are also a variety of restaurants, shops, and museums to explore. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
