This newly remodeled A-frame home is the perfect place to relax or entertain family and friends while enjoying amazing ocean views and listening to the sea lions. The home features a magnificent first floor primary suite with a king-sized bed, and a private bath with French doors leading to the deck. A second bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed near a full bathroom. Upstairs is the loft, where you’ll find bunk beds -- one full bed and one twin bed along with a half bath. It’s also a great place to take in the spectacular ocean view, play games or relax with a book. Enjoy the downstairs open concept area that includes a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room and dining area. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
