Index River Roost is a charming gambrel house set on the banks of the dazzling Skykomish River in the picturesque town of Index, Washington. Our guests love the world-class hiking, rock climbing, biking, rafting, and kayaking options literally right out the front door, and Stevens Pass Mountain Resort is just 30 minutes away! The recreation options are truly endless. At the end of your adventure-filled day, you can return and unwind with a tasty barbecue on the deck, or stroll down the street for a hot beverage and a burger at the River House. You can even cheer on the Seahawks on Sunday with the locals! This spacious, light-filled three-bedroom home can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests with three bedrooms, a full futon in the living area, and two full bathrooms, one on each floor of the home. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
