When you escape to this confluence of the Abagadasset, Androscoggin, Cathance, Eastern, Kennebec, and Muddy Rivers, you can launch a boat from the dock in Bowdoinham two miles north, visit Bowdoin College with ease seven miles south, or explore the maritime history of Bath 13 miles south. If you’re vacationing with another family or a bigger group, please note that this home is next door to Eagles View, and that the two homes share a dock and can be rented simultaneously No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
