The deck is also equipped with an outdoor dining area, which means you can admire the views while having lunch or dinner! In the winter, you can curl up in the spacious and inviting living room while the fire crackles away and enjoy the view from there. Or venture out for skiing, snowmobiling, or ice fishing! Bear Lake is about a mile and a half away and Bear Lake Marina, part of Bear Lake State Park, is four and a half miles away and offers a variety of equipment for your day on the water. Bear Lake Golf Course is a short mile southeast. Beaver Mountain Ski Area is 17 miles away. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
