There are three living spaces allowing for plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Take a hike along the edge of the creek, sit out on the upstairs balcony and watch the sunset, or stay inside and play some vintage board games. Birch Hollow Cottage is the perfect place to experience the beauty of Vermont. THINGS TO KNOW The hot tub is currently not operational. A 4x4 is required during the winter months. 4 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
